THT (Through-Hole Technology) or conventional assembly uses through holes in the board itself, which are sealed with solder to attach the components to the board.
This type of technology is used less and less. Nevertheless, it offers great mechanical performance between the component and the board, which is why it is currently used for components that require greater resistance during assembly or are larger in size.
We insert conventional components, perform single-sided or double-sided welding, and carry out manual finishing.
At FADESA INGENIEROS, we use handpicked wave machinery to weld components once they have been assembled. This ensures precise welding without overheating the components or using molds.
