El circuit impr\u00e8s sol servir de suport f\u00edsic per a la col\u00b7locaci\u00f3 i soldadura dels components. <\/p>\n<p>Antigament era habitual la fabricaci\u00f3 de circuits impresos per al disseny de sistemes mitjan\u00e7ant t\u00e8cniques casolanes, per\u00f2 aquesta pr\u00e0ctica ha anat disminuint amb el temps.<\/p>\n<p>En els darrers anys la mida dels components electr\u00f2nics s\u2019ha redu\u00eft considerablement, cosa que implica una menor separaci\u00f3 entre pins per a circuits integrats d\u2019alta densitat. Tenint tamb\u00e9 en consideraci\u00f3 les actuals freq\u00fc\u00e8ncies d\u2019operaci\u00f3 dels dispositius, \u00e9s necess\u00e0ria una molt bona precisi\u00f3 en el proc\u00e9s d\u2019impressi\u00f3 de la placa per garantir toler\u00e0ncies m\u00ednimes. <\/p>\n<p>Els circuits impresos m\u00e9s senzills corresponen als que contenen pistes de coure (wires) nom\u00e9s per una de les superf\u00edcies de la placa. Aquestes plaques es coneixen com a circuits impresos d\u2019una capa, o en angl\u00e8s, 1 Layer PCB. <\/p>\n<p>Els m\u00e9s comuns avui dia s\u00f3n els de 2 capes o 2 Layer PCB. Les plaques electr\u00f2niques s\u00f3n utilitzades pel ser hum\u00e0 di\u00e0riament, ja que estan presents en els electrodom\u00e8stics, l\u2019autom\u00f2bil, el rellotge, c\u00e0meres de seguretat, porters el\u00e8ctrics, joguines, en fi, tot all\u00f2 que fa servir energia el\u00e8ctrica o una bateria en el seu defecte. Els PCB tenen un munt d\u2019aplicacions.  <\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Disseny_de_circuits_impresos\"><\/span><strong>Disseny de circuits impresos<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Un Circuit Impr\u00e8s es confecciona a partir d\u2019una placa verge que est\u00e0 formada per una planxa base a\u00efllant (cartolina endurida, baquelita, fibra de vidre o pl\u00e0stic flexible), que serveix de suport, i sobre una de les cares o les dues, s\u2019hi diposita una fina l\u00e0mina de coure fermament enganxada a l\u2019a\u00efllant que la cobreix completament.<\/p>\n<p>Sobre aquesta placa actuarem per fer desapar\u00e8ixer tot el coure sobrant i que nom\u00e9s quedin les pistes que configuren el circuit.<\/p>\n<p>La realitzaci\u00f3 actual est\u00e0 totalment automatitzada de manera que amb ajuda d\u2019un programari es dissenya la disposici\u00f3 dels elements i pistes, per m\u00e9s tard passar a les m\u00e0quines de construcci\u00f3 de prototips, que obtenen el circuit impr\u00e8s acabat.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Materials_utilitzats_per_al_disseny_de_circuits\"><\/span>Materials utilitzats per al disseny de circuits:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Si es fa de manera manual el disseny del circuit impr\u00e8s, cal el seg\u00fcent material:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Regle<\/li>\n<li>Escaire<\/li>\n<li>Goma d\u2019esborrar<\/li>\n<li>Resta d\u2019eines de dibuix que es considerin necess\u00e0ries.<\/li>\n<li>Llapis o portamines de duresa mitjana (HB) per fer els esbossos del disseny.<\/li>\n<li>No conv\u00e9 que les mines siguin extremadament dures, ja que al principi \u00e9s necessari esborrar molt sovint.<\/li>\n<li>Fulls de paper mil\u00b7lim\u00e8tric. La caracter\u00edstica m\u00e9s important \u00e9s la seva resist\u00e8ncia \u00f2hmica, que ve donada per les qualitats f\u00edsiques dels materials presents en la seva composici\u00f3. Les resist\u00e8ncies poden ser fixes o variables segons el seu valor resistiu.  <\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Condensadors\"><\/span><strong>Condensadors<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Dispositius passius utilitzats en electricitat i electr\u00f2nica, capa\u00e7os d\u2019emmagatzemar energia sustentant un camp el\u00e8ctric. La seva composici\u00f3 consta de dues armadures met\u00e0l\u00b7liques paral\u00b7leles que normalment s\u00f3n d\u2019alumini i en la separaci\u00f3 hi ha un material diel\u00e8ctric. <\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Transistors\"><\/span><strong>Transistors<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Els transistors s\u00f3n els dispositius que s\u2019encarreguen de regular els fluxos de corrent o tensi\u00f3 en un circuit electr\u00f2nic, fent les funcions d\u2019interruptor i\/o amplificador de senyals el\u00e8ctriques o electr\u00f2niques.<\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Diodes\"><\/span><strong>D\u00edodes<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Coneguts com a rectificadors, ja que realitzen la transformaci\u00f3 d\u2019una corrent alterna a una corrent cont\u00ednua polsant. Els diods s\u00f3n mecanismes semiconductors que actuen com a interruptors unidireccionals de corrent, classificats segons la tipologia, la tensi\u00f3 i la capacitat de corrent. <\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Bobines\"><\/span><strong>Bobines<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>S\u00f3n components passius amb la capacitat d\u2019emmagatzemar energia en forma de camps magn\u00e8tics. Estan formats per un cap buit de bobina d\u2019un conductor realitzades principalment en dos materials, fil o filferro de coure esmaltat. <\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Interruptors\"><\/span><strong>Interruptors<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Es posicionen en un circuit electr\u00f2nic controlant els fluxos d\u2019electricitat, frenat la circulaci\u00f3 d\u2019electrons i permetent la commutaci\u00f3 d\u2019encesa\/apagat.<\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Fusibles\"><\/span><strong>Fusibles<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Un fusible talla el pas del corrent el\u00e8ctric en cremar-se els filaments o l\u00e0mines de metall dels quals est\u00e0 compost. La seva ubicaci\u00f3 en un circuit el\u00e8ctric \u00e9s a l\u2019inici, evitant que si el corrent augmenta arribi al circuit i faci malb\u00e9 el dispositiu. <\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Historia_de_la_placa_de_circuit_impres\"><\/span><strong>Hist\u00f2ria de la placa de circuit impr\u00e8s<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Es creu que l\u2019inventor del circuit impr\u00e8s fou un enginyer austr\u00edac anomenat Paul Eisler al voltant de l\u2019any 1936 quan va fabricar una r\u00e0dio.<\/p>\n<p>Al voltant de l\u2019any 1943, es van comen\u00e7ar a fabricar r\u00e0dios a gran escala per a la seva utilitzaci\u00f3 en la Segona Guerra Mundial i quan aquesta va acabar, els EUA van alliberar la invenci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 es pogu\u00e9s comercialitzar, per\u00f2 no va ser fins als anys 50 que es van fer populars. En aquests anys, la Marina dels EUA va desenvolupar l\u2019autoassemblatge. Aquest m\u00e8tode consistia en que els pins dels components s\u2019introdu\u00efen a la l\u00e0mina amb patr\u00f3 d\u2019interconnexi\u00f3 i posteriorment es soldaven.  <\/p>\n<p>Abans de la creaci\u00f3 dels circuits impresos es feia la connexi\u00f3 punt a punt i per a produccions petites o prototips s\u2019utilitzava el m\u00e8tode <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Wire-wrap\">wire wrap<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Originalment s\u2019utilitzaven components electr\u00f2nics com pins de coure o llaut\u00f3 que tenien diversos mil\u00b7l\u00edmetres de longitud i en el circuit es perforaven els forats per a aquests pins.<\/p>\n<p>Aquests components es soldaven a la placa i travessaven els taladros. Aquest m\u00e8tode es coneixia com a forat passant. Finalment, amb els avan\u00e7os en la laminaci\u00f3 de targetes i les t\u00e8cniques de gravat, aquest proc\u00e9s va evolucionar al que es fa actualment. La soldadura es fa autom\u00e0ticament mitjan\u00e7ant un flux de soldadura fosa, en una m\u00e0quina de soldadura per ona. El cost associat als taladros que calia fer desapareix gr\u00e0cies al muntatge superficial.
