Tot element electr\u00f2nic est\u00e0 constru\u00eft mitjan\u00e7ant una PCB, o almenys el seu interior. <\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Que_es_una_PCB\"><\/span>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s una PCB?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una PCB b\u00e0sicament \u00e9s un suport f\u00edsic de material a\u00efllant, on s\u2019instal\u00b7len components electr\u00f2nics i el\u00e8ctrics i s\u2019interconnecten entre ells. Aquests components poden ser xips, condensadors, d\u00edodes, resist\u00e8ncies, connectors, etc. En <a href=\"https:\/\/fadesaing.com\/circuitos-impresos\/\">aquest enlla\u00e7<\/a> pots trobar m\u00e9s informaci\u00f3 sobre els components. En els circuits m\u00e9s senzills, nom\u00e9s tenim pistes conductores en una cara o les dues visibles de la PCB, per\u00f2 en d\u2019altres m\u00e9s complets tenim pistes el\u00e8ctriques i fins i tot components apilats en m\u00faltiples capes d\u2019aquestes. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El suport principal per a aquestes pistes i components \u00e9s una combinaci\u00f3 de fibra de vidre refor\u00e7ada amb materials cer\u00e0mics, resines, pl\u00e0stic i altres elements no conductors. Tot i aix\u00f2, actualment s\u2019utilitzen components com el cel\u00b7luloide i pistes de pintura conductora per fabricar PCB flexibles. \u00c9s un sector en constants canvis i modificacions que milloren el rendiment dels circuits impresos.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La primera placa de circuit integrat es va construir el 1936 a m\u00e0 per l\u2019enginyer Paul Eisler per ser utilitzada en una r\u00e0dio. A partir d\u2019aqu\u00ed els processos es van automatitzar per a la seva fabricaci\u00f3 a gran escala, primer en r\u00e0dios i despr\u00e9s en tot tipus de components. <\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Proces_de_creacio_de_la_PCB\"><\/span>Proc\u00e9s de creaci\u00f3 de la PCB<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ja sabem de qu\u00e8 estan formades les plaques de circuits integrats, per\u00f2 seria molt interessant saber com es fabriquen. \u00c9s m\u00e9s, nosaltres mateixos podrem crear un circuit integrat b\u00e0sic comprant una d\u2019aquestes plaques, per\u00f2 \u00f2bviament el proc\u00e9s ser\u00e0 for\u00e7a diferent del que s\u2019utilitza a la realitat. <\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Disseny_de_la_PCB_mitjancant_programari\"><\/span>Disseny de la PCB mitjan\u00e7ant programari<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tot comen\u00e7a amb el disseny de la PCB, tra\u00e7ant les pistes el\u00e8ctriques necess\u00e0ries per connectar els components, aix\u00ed com enumerar quantes capes seran necess\u00e0ries per generar totes les connexions que es requereixen pels components.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aquest proc\u00e9s es fa mitjan\u00e7ant programari d\u2019ordinador CAM, com per exemple TinyCAD o DesignSpark PCB, molt usat en les carreres d\u2019enginyeria electr\u00f2nica. No nom\u00e9s es dissenyen les pistes el\u00e8ctriques, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 es creen les diferents etiquetes per enumerar els components instal\u00b7lats i identificar cada connector. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es documentaran tots els passos necessaris del proc\u00e9s d\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 el fabricant s\u00e0piga exactament qu\u00e8 ha de fer quan se li envi\u00ef el projecte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Necessites ajuda amb el disseny de PCB?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/fadesaing.com\/ca\/disseny-de-circuits-electronics\/\">Demana informaci\u00f3<\/a><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Serigrafiat_i_tracat_fotografic\"><\/span>Serigrafiat i tra\u00e7at fotogr\u00e0fic<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un cop dissenyada, ara enviem directament el projecte al fabricant i ser\u00e0 on comenci la creaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica d\u2019una PCB. El proc\u00e9s seg\u00fcent es diu tra\u00e7at fotogr\u00e0fic, pel qual una m\u00e0quina similar a una impressora (fotoplotter) tra\u00e7a mitjan\u00e7ant l\u00e0ser un gr\u00e0fic amb les m\u00e0scares de connexions dels elements electr\u00f2nics. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per aix\u00f2 s\u2019utilitza una l\u00e0mina fina de metall conductor d\u2019unes 7 mil\u00b7l\u00e8simes de polzada. Aquestes m\u00e0scares serviran despr\u00e9s per determinar on s\u2019enganxen els components electr\u00f2nics. En els processos m\u00e9s avan\u00e7ats, aquest proc\u00e9s es fa directament a la PCB amb una impressora que grava amb aquest metall les m\u00e0scares de connexi\u00f3.  <\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Impressio_de_capes_internes_de_la_PCB\"><\/span>Impressi\u00f3 de capes internes de la PCB<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El seg\u00fcent que es fa \u00e9s la impressi\u00f3 a la PCB de les diferents pistes el\u00e8ctriques internes, amb un compost especial. Es tracta de \u201cpintar\u201d un negatiu de les pistes el\u00e8ctriques sobre la l\u00e0mina per crear un patr\u00f3 conductor amb un material fotosensible o de pel\u00b7l\u00edcula seca. Doncs b\u00e9, aquesta pel\u00b7l\u00edcula que s\u2019ha creat s\u2019exposa a un l\u00e0ser o llum ultraviolada per retirar el material sobrant i aix\u00ed es crear\u00e0 un negatiu del circuit final.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aquest proc\u00e9s es realitza si la PCB disposa de capes internes amb pistes conductores. A m\u00e9s, aquest proc\u00e9s despr\u00e9s es repetir\u00e0 a les capes exteriors de la PCB per crear les pistes de coure finals i d\u2019acord amb el disseny del circuit. <\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Inspeccio_i_verificacio\"><\/span>Inspecci\u00f3 i verificaci\u00f3<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un cop realitzades les diferents capes de pistes conductores, una m\u00e0quina s\u2019encarregar\u00e0 d\u2019inspeccionar que totes s\u00f3n correctes i funcionen b\u00e9. Aix\u00f2 es fa de manera automatitzada comparant el disseny original amb la impressi\u00f3 f\u00edsica, per buscar curtcircuits o pistes trencades.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Pellicula_doxid_i_laminacio\"><\/span>Pel\u00b7l\u00edcula d\u2019\u00f2xid i laminaci\u00f3<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A cada una de les l\u00e0mines impreses amb les pistes conductores se li realitza un tractament d\u2019\u00f2xid per millorar les capacitats i durabilitat de les pistes de coure de cada capa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gr\u00e0cies al proc\u00e9s, s\u2019evitar\u00e0 la delaminaci\u00f3 de les diferents capes i pistes conductores en PCB especialment sensibles o amb gran quantitat de components com les dels ordinadors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El seg\u00fcent que s\u2019ha de fer \u00e9s construir la PCB definitiva, per aix\u00f2 s\u2019aniran unint cada una de les capes de circuit mitjan\u00e7ant l\u00e0mines de fibra de vidre amb resina epoxi, P\u00e9rtinax o qualsevol altre m\u00e8tode que s\u2019utilitzi. Tot plegat anir\u00e0 perfectament enganxat mitjan\u00e7ant una premsa hidr\u00e0ulica i aix\u00ed s\u2019obtindr\u00e0 la placa de circuit integrat. <\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Foratacio_dorificis\"><\/span>Forataci\u00f3 d\u2019orificis<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la majoria de casos, necessitarem fer una s\u00e8rie de forats a les PCB mitjan\u00e7ant perforaci\u00f3 per poder unir les diferents capes i pistes de coure. Tamb\u00e9 necessitarem perforacions completes per poder subjectar elements electr\u00f2nics o diferents connectors o ranures d\u2019expansi\u00f3. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El proc\u00e9s de perforaci\u00f3 ha de ser d\u2019una enorme precisi\u00f3, per conservar la integritat de la PCB, per aix\u00f2 s\u2019utilitzen cap\u00e7als de carbur de tungst\u00e8, el material m\u00e9s dur que existeix.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Metallitzat_dels_forats\"><\/span>Metal\u00b7litzat dels forats<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Perqu\u00e8 aquests forats puguin establir comunicaci\u00f3 amb les diferents pistes internes, ser\u00e0 necessari un proc\u00e9s de xapat amb una fina pel\u00b7l\u00edcula de coure per proporcionar la conductivitat necess\u00e0ria. Aquests xapats seran d\u2019entre 40 i 60 mil\u00b7l\u00e8simes de polzada. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La PCB ja est\u00e0 preparada per tra\u00e7ar les pistes de coure sobre les cares exteriors d\u2019aquesta.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Pellicula_exterior_de_pistes_i_galvanoplastia\"><\/span>Pel\u00b7l\u00edcula exterior de pistes i galvanopl\u00e0stia<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ara passem a crear les pistes conductores de l\u2019exterior, i per aix\u00f2 seguirem el mateix procediment que per crear les pistes internes. Primer creem la pel\u00b7l\u00edcula seca en forma de negatiu del circuit final. Despr\u00e9s, mitjan\u00e7ant un l\u00e0ser, es creen els espais on el coure es va a depositar per crear les pistes conductores.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I a continuaci\u00f3 la PCB es sotmetr\u00e0 a un proc\u00e9s de galvanopl\u00e0stia, que consisteix a enganxar el coure a les zones lliures de l\u00e0mina seca i aix\u00ed formar les pistes el\u00e8ctriques de la PCB. La PCB es col\u00b7loca en un bany de coure i aquest s\u2019adhereix mitjan\u00e7ant electr\u00f2lisi als patrons conductors per crear pistes d\u2019un gruix de tan sols 0,001 polzades. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Despr\u00e9s se li afegir\u00e0 una altra capa d\u2019estany a sobre de la de coure per protegir aquest atac qu\u00edmic quan s\u2019arribi al proc\u00e9s SES o \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=-EQnBChHscs&amp;ab_channel=NewburyElectronics\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">strip-etch-strip<\/a>\u201d<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Strip_etch_strip\"><\/span>Strip etch strip<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aquest \u00e9s el pen\u00faltim pas, s\u2019eliminar\u00e0 el coure sobrants de la PCB, el sobrants seran els que no hem banyat d\u2019estany. D\u2019aquesta manera nom\u00e9s quedar\u00e0 el coure protegit amb estany. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Posteriorment hem de retirar tamb\u00e9 l\u2019estany mitjan\u00e7ant un tractament qu\u00edmic per deixar finalment nom\u00e9s les pistes de coure que seran les que connectaran els components i transportaran l\u2019electricitat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ara un altre proc\u00e9s d\u2019AOI verificar\u00e0 que tot est\u00e0 correcte per finalment gravar la m\u00e0scara i la llegenda.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Mascara_de_soldadura_i_llegenda\"><\/span>M\u00e0scara de soldadura i llegenda<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalment, a la placa de circuit electr\u00f2nic se li aplicar\u00e0 una m\u00e0scara de soldadura perqu\u00e8 posteriorment sigui possible soldar els components a les pistes correctament i justament al lloc on han d\u2019anar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Despr\u00e9s tamb\u00e9 s\u2019imprimeix la llegenda composta per la informaci\u00f3 que el dissenyador hagi volgut proporcionar a la PCB, com el nom de connectors, codi d\u2019elements, etc. A m\u00e9s, tamb\u00e9 s\u2019efectuar\u00e0 el disseny final de la PCB amb els colors que el fabricant vulgui donar-li, tal com veiem a les plaques base gaming, etc. <\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Soldadura_de_components_i_proves_finals\"><\/span>Soldadura de components i proves finals<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La PCB est\u00e0 llesta i nom\u00e9s quedar\u00e0 afegir els components mitjan\u00e7ant bra\u00e7os robots d\u2019alta precisi\u00f3 i les corresponents ranures. D\u2019aquesta manera la placa est\u00e0 llesta per ser provada el\u00e8ctricament i comprovar que funciona correctament. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
